The Faculty of Social Sciences of Tampere University, Finland has opened a call for visiting professors which will remain open from April 4 until May 4, 2023.
The number of visiting professors, including tenure track professors, will be maximum five. The budget frame will be maximum €3.000 per visit which includes travel expenses, accommodation, and possible honoraria. Aside from the budget there is no other limitation to the length of the visit here in Tampere.
The visit should occur during the academic year 2023-2024, but if necessary the visit could also be in Fall 2024. The host person at the Faculty will calculate the possible honoraria in advance, based on the guidelines available on the intranet.
Please submit your application via Forms. The application should be filled in by the TAU/SOC host person.
In the application the following must be included: SOC host person and the contact details; name, home university and field of science of the invited person; main purpose of the visit and joint activities during the visit; planned time of the visit; budget (max 3.000).
