The passion for training has taken me around Italy and the web for almost 20 years. After graduating in Science of Education, I specialized in digital learning and psychology. I love the classroom, whether it is physical or virtual, but my eyes light up in the meeting of people who want to grow together. I design and manage training plans with creativity and am always looking for elements of innovation. I matured more than 5000 hours in the classroom and met hundreds of people with whom I shared and share pieces my story. I am curious by nature, I love to write, discover, design and find new solutions. I have a great passion for mind maps, which I have been using for 20 years and take to the classroom to map processes and find solutions in the context of a visual co-design. Since 2012 I have been the head of Rosatinet, a training agency accredited by the Region of Umbria. In the midst of all this I always try to have fun and meet nice people.
