CISP, in collaboration with the Committee for Equal Opportunities (CUG, Comitato Unico di Garanzia) of the University of Pisa, promotes training activities for the employees of the University of Pisa on the transformative management of conflicts, both from the theoretical (approaches and models) and operational (methodologies and techniques) points of view, with particular attention to group conflict dynamics in work contexts and how to work effectively in teams.
