I have a master’s degree in Clinical and Dynamic Psychology in which I explored the benefits of depth ecology and compassion-focused theory applied to ecotherapy and new models of clinical practice inspired by the principles of ecopsychology. I am a mindfulness counsellor, forest bathing trainer, and I have a masters degree in Ecotherapy. I live in a house in the woods where I teach principles and practices of ‘mindwoodness’.
