She deals with training in the field of non-formal education on issues relating to gender, sexuality, gender-based violence, and human rights.
She works in schools with girls and boys aged 4 to 18 years, with ATA teachers and staff. She also conducts training with informal groups.
She is part of the Casa della Donna Association in the role of planner and coordinator in the educational and cultural sector.
In 2014 she helped in the formation of the informal network of associations RED (Rete educare alle differenze Pisa), which aims to bring the theme of education about differences from schools to the public forum.
She is a trainer and educator for Arciragazzi, an association that promotes the rights of girls and boys, participation and play.
