Paolo Ragusa
From 1997 to December 2019 I was Coordinator of the Training sector of the Psychopedagogical Centre for the education and management of conflicts (CPP) in Piacenza, Director and Teacher of the CPP Counselling School, and Counsellor Supervisor.
Today I teach in secondary schools and as a freelancer I still deal with conflicts. I work through training, mediation and counselling. I deal with personal development through group training courses and individual counselling projects.
My research today is oriented towards the bonds and conditions that determine and favour subjective, intersubjective, group and community affective sustainability.
