Pino De Sario
Pino De Sario, Expert facilitator, social psychologist and university professor. Since 1995 he has constituted the practical repertoire of “expert facilitation”, a tool aimed specifically at companies, professions and the social realm.
Interventions in the organisations: organising development, involvement, handling of negativity, wellbeing and social warmth, empathic leaders, the role of the facilitator. The recoding of the methods dates back to 2005, collected in the “Face-Model”.
