Francesco Spagnolo
With a degree in education sciences, received after a thesis entered on Civic Service, he has worked in this field since 1998 and is accredited as a general educator at the Department of Youth Policies and of the Universal Civic Service since 2004.
Since 2009 he has curated coursed for the Civic Service for the Italian regions of Sicily, Lazio, Puglia, Marche, Emilia Romagna and Veneto, he is also a consultant for various national and regional entities. In 2003 he authored an introductive book for the new volunteer Civic Service, and curated two volumes regarding the formation of new recruits. Since 2005 he has worked on Esseciblog.it the only blog entirely dedicated to information about the Cvic Service.
